Dine in, carry out, delivery, and full service catering is available. BBQ Meats by the Pound make Bradford’s Market a must for any occasion. The competition quality meats are rubbed, brined, and smoked fresh for you daily. The meat is so good you do not need sauce, but if you must you can add your choice of homemade sweet, smoky, tangy, or carolina sauce. A specialty sauce of the day is offered such as apricot chili and strawberry habenero. Pair with a Kentucky Proud signature slaw for the perfect sandwich! All sides and desserts are made fresh daily.Matt’s management and cooking experience includes over 25 years with Out Back Steakhouse specializing inkitchen management, catering, and opening new restaurants. Events include the Kentucky Speedway Suites, Oprah Winfrey’s underground railway museum opening in Ohio, in addition to numerous charity events. Independent events range from tailgate parties at UK and Keeneland, events at local vineyards, multiple years of Picnic with the Pops, weddings, and private parties. Corporate events include LCA, Habegger Group, Big Ass Fans, Hitachi, Ceradyne, Lexmark. and pharmaceutical events for Central Baptist Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital as well as employee appreciation picnics for Eastern State Hospital, Amazon, Corning, and Valvoline World Headquarters.
